Visiting Hours
The staff at Walton feels that visits from family and friends are an important part of the rehabilitation process. We encourage you to invite your family and friends to see you during your stay. Nevertheless, visitors need to be aware of the scheduled therapy sessions and not interrupt them. Families are encouraged to be present during therapy, to observe the treatment and learn the skills needed to assist their loved one upon discharge.
Walton Rehabilitation Hospital has an open visitation policy. This means that family and friends are always welcome to visit their loved ones during their stay. We only ask that visitors arriving prior to 7 am or after 9 pm coordinate their visit with our nursing staff. You may contact our nursing staff at 706.724.7746
While visitors are certainly welcome to visit patients in their rooms, we have several areas available that can accommodate larger numbers of guest, such as our lobbies, gazebo and courtyard areas. Please remember that children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
