Tension Headaches
Chronic tension-type headaches may be the result of stress or fatigue. They can also be attributed to physical problems, psychological issues or depression
Approximately 78% of adults will experience a tension headache at some point in their life. Both men and women can be affected by tension headaches, although women experience a higher number of them. (Possibly due to the fact that women seek medical attention and report headaches more frequently than men.)
A pattern of chronic tension-type headaches generally begins between the ages of 20 and 40, and every personality type can experience them.
