Employee Recognition Programs

At Walton, we highly value our employees and offer numerous opportunities for recognition.

Monthly Recognition

Professional Recognition is provided monthly. Individuals are recognized with a gift in conjunction with their professional recognition month.

Quarterly Recognition

Each quarter, Walton provides recognition for years of service at a "Years of Recognition" ceremony for all 5, 10, 15, 20 & 25 year employees. As employees reach designated milestones, they are presented with a gold lapel pin containing a different gem for every 5 years (gold, emerald, ruby, sapphire, silver)

Annual Recognition

Diamond Deed awards are presented to 4 employees each September. Diamond Deed winners receive a Diamond cut glass trophy, $100.00, and a designated parking place. They are also recognized in the Walton employee newsletter and their name is placed on a plaque located in the main hospital.
