The Spinal Injury Services Team at Walton Rehabilitation Hospital guides patients with spinal injury stemming from an accident or illness through each phase of their recovery. Pamela B. Salazar, M.D., who is board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, and has a specialty certification in spinal cord injury, leads a talented team of rehabilitation professionals who specialize in treating spinal cord injuries.

The Team designs individualized rehabilitation programs to meet the specific goals of each patient. Aspects of a rehabilitation program may include:

Once clients complete their inpatient rehabilitation program, Walton's services continue into the outpatient phase with services including:
