Augusta, GA—Jeremy Hertza, Psy.D., Director of Behavioral Medicine and Neuropsychologist at Walton Rehabilitation Health System, was recently named to the Board of Directors of the Brain Injury Alliance of South Carolina. The BIASC is a nonprofit organization developed by persons with brain injury, their families and concerned professionals in an effort to provide education and support to those who have experienced brain injury. The association is a chartered affiliate of the national Brain Injury Association of America. As part of the brain injury team at Walton, Dr. Hertza provides neuropsyhological assessments and cognitive rehabilitation for persons with traumatic brain injury.
