North Augusta, SC—Vincent Village, Walton Rehabilitation Health System’s affordable/accessible living apartment complex for seniors in North Augusta, has been nationally recognized as a Community of Quality^® by the National Affordable Housing Management Association.

 

            Through the Communities of Quality^® National Recognition program, affordable multifamily rental properties can be certified as having achieved a high standard of excellence in the way they are maintained and managed, the services they provide residents, the experience and training of personnel, and other criteria.

 

            Opened in June 2006, Vincent Village provides accessible, affordable housing for seniors 62 and older. Ground-level units, curb-less sidewalks, lowered light switches, wide doorways, door handles, easy to maneuver carpet, club activities and senior social activities are just some of the amenities available.
