Dr. Bradley Estes Joins Walton Rehabilitation’s Department of Behavioral Medicine

Augusta, GABradley W. Estes, Psy.D., HSPP, has joined Walton Rehabilitation Health System’s Department of Behavioral Medicine as an adult and pediatric neuropsychologist.
 
            Dr. Estes works with adults and children to diagnose and provide cognitive- and behavioral-based therapies and capacity evaluations for various disorders. He treats dementia, stroke and brain injury in adults, and works with children ages two to 18 with specific developmental disabilities and other disorders, including autism, learning disorders, movement disorders and specific neurological problems such as epilepsy, brain injury and pediatric stroke. Dr. Estes’ interests also include brain neuroanatomy and how brain changes affect behavior throughout the developmental lifespan, as well as clinical assessment and treatment of movement disorders and integration of technology into rehabilitation. 
 
            Prior to joining Walton, Dr. Estes was Director of Estes Neuropsychology, LLC. He earned his Psy.D./M.A. degree in clinical psychology at the University of Indianapolis and completed a neuropsychology residency at the Indiana Neuroscience Institute, St. Vincent Hospital, specializing in pediatric neuropsychology and adult/geriatric neuropsychology. Dr. Estes is a member of the American Psychological Association, the National Academy of Neuropsychology and the International Neuropsychological Society.
