Dr. Fredrick S. Phillips Joins the Walton Rehabilitation Health System Team
Augusta, GA-Fredrick S. Phillips, MD, recently joined the rehabilitation team at Walton Rehabilitation Health System.
As a physical medicine and rehabilitation physician, Dr. Phillips will work to ensure that patients are able to reclaim maximum function that is lost due to physical injury, medical illness or a chronic disabling condition, enabling patients to care for themselves, enjoy physical activities and live at home safely.
Dr. Phillips earned an MD from Wayne State University School of Medicine, Detroit, Mich., and completed residencies in the Department of Internal Medicine at Eastern Virginia Medical School, Norfolk, Va., and in the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine at the University of Buffalo, State University of New York at Buffalo.
He is a member of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and the Association of Academic Physiatrists. Dr. Phillips is from Lake View, AR
