Medical Interests

It is the goal of my practice to try to help each patient by examining and addressing the various aspects of illness through a multidisciplinary approach, with a particular focus on how the brain is functioning and how the person is adjusting to what has and is happening to them. Success for me is maximizing chances for improvement. I am excited to work with all types of people in the community undergoing physical rehabilitation as well as those suffering from neurological or psychiatric conditions.

Personal Philosophy

Treatment of medical conditions, especially when rehabilitation is involved, is best carried out through utilization of a multidisciplinary approach. It is critical that doctors and staff examine and address all related factors, such as biologic, behavioral, social, and environmental contributors. I believe that an examination of how all these factors interact can be extremely useful in promoting recovery.
