Medical Interests

I am interested in the anatomy and general complexity of the human body as it relates to how the body moves, how the body heals, and how the body is able to adapt in various ways that allow patients to be physically functional despite life-changing events such as traumatic brain injury, stroke, or spinal cord injury.

I work to ensure that patients are able to reclaim maximum function that is lost due to physical injury, medical illness, or a chronic disabling condition. Some patients who require ongoing therapies to meet their functional goals beyond the duration of their stay in Walton Rehabilitation Hospital, will be followed in the outpatient clinic by me. My main goal is to decrease pain and maximize physical function so patients are able to care for themselves, enjoy physical activities, and live at home safely.

Personal Philosophy

I strive to always treat others the way I would like to be treated personally, professionally, and medically.
