| Overview: |
Under the supervision of the Therapy Director, the Physical Therapist provides services that help restore function, improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities, as well as restore, maintain and promote overall fitness and health. Develop a treatment plan by incorporating the data obtained through the assessment of the patient’s medical history, appropriate tests and measures, and functional ability. Also determines the patient’s ability to be independent and reintegrate into the community or workplace. |
