Camp Twin Lakes, Rutledge, GA
(Volunteers and Staff will come in on July 19)

Click here to apply for Camp TBI 2013. Contact Alice Salley at 706-826-5809 or alsalley@wrh.org for more information.

Camp TBI offers a safe overnight summer camp environment for children and young adults, ages 8-21, with traumatic brain injury. Camp TBI staff provide one on one care which increases the campers' level of independence in the areas of personal hygiene, following a schedule, making friends appropriately and just having fun! Campers enjoy horseback riding, a ropes course, group games, sporting activities, swimming, fishing, and arts and crafts along with social activities such as dances, karaoke and talent nights. Camp TBI provides a wonderful week full of smiles for our campers and week of respite for parents and caregivers knowing that their children are in good hands.

Walton Foundation provides Camp TBI free of charge, and this year has chosen to partner with Camp Twin Lakes in Rutledge, GA. Camp Twin Lakes is a fully accessible camp for children with disabilities.
