| Description: |
Employer paid benefit. WRHS pays the premium for one times the annual salary up to $50,000 for all Full-time (32 hours a week) employees. Employees have the option to purchase additional Supplemental Life Insurance up to three times their annual salary (up to $450,000 maximum.) Benefit is available 31 days after hire. $5,000 Dependent Life Insurance is also available for eligible dependents. |
