WRHS offers major medical insurance to full-time employees. The plan includes an annual physical for each covered person and a $20 co-pay for physician visits within the PPO network. Premiums are shared with employees and deducted pre-tax through payroll deduction. Employees working in benefits eligible positions of 32 hours and their eligible dependents are eligible for this coverage 31 days after their hire date. Part-time employees are eligible to participate in a separate but comprehensive medical plan.
